New Delhi, Dec. 26 -- Renault India has announced a marginal increase in the prices of its vehicles, with the revision set to take effect from January next.

The company stated that prices across its model lineup will be raised by up to 2 per cent, depending on the variant and configuration in a communique released on Friday here.

The automaker attributed the decision to rising input costs and ongoing macroeconomic pressures that continue to impact the automotive industry. Increasing costs related to raw materials, logistics and manufacturing have compelled the company to undertake a calibrated price adjustment while striving to keep the impact on customers minimal.
