Panchkula, June 16 -- A significant change in weather conditions has brought much-needed relief to millions of residents across Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Delhi and Himachal Pradesh, ending an intense spell of summer heat and ushering in cooler, more pleasant conditions across the region.
According to the latest weather observations, widespread rainfall, thunderstorms, gusty winds and isolated hailstorm activity were recorded across several parts of North India during the past 24 hours. While Delhi witnessed rain and thundershowers at most places, Haryana experienced rainfall at several locations.
