New Delhi, June 23 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday remembered Dr Shyama Prasad Mookerjee, founder of Bharatiya Jana Sangh and first Industries Minister on his Balidan Diwas.
She said that he had laid a strong foundation for education and industrial development of the country.
Gupta said his vision inspires all regarding the thought that nothing is above national interest.
"Dr. Mookerjee, who laid down his life for the unity and integrity of the nation, lived a life of sacrifice that will always inspire us workers," Gupta stated, taking to social media platform X.
