Itanagar, Aug. 21 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik on Friday emphasised the need for practical, people-centric and future-ready administrative reforms to ensure responsive, transparent and accountable governance across the State.
Chairman of the Arunachal Pradesh Administrative Reforms Commission, Pramod Jain, called on the Governor at Lok Bhavan here and discussed ongoing and proposed reforms aimed at improving the quality, efficiency and last-mile delivery of public services.
Parnaik stressed that administrative reforms should be guided by the aspirations of the people, with particular focus on inclusive development and ensuring effective governance even in the State's remotest rural and border areas.
