Bhubaneswar, June 1 -- union Coal Minister G. Kishan Reddy on Monday conducted a comprehensive review of the performance of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and private sector entities operating in Odisha under the administrative control of the Ministries of Coal and Mines.
Chairing a high-level review meeting, the minister assessed the functioning of coal and mining sector organisations in the state, with a focus on enhancing coal production, strengthening evacuation infrastructure, expediting project implementation, promoting diversification into clean energy, and ensuring sustainable mining practices.
