Dharamshala, July 31 -- Chairperson of the District Red Cross Society, Kangra, Jyoti Bairwa, on Thursday visited the disaster-affected villages of Ghardgoon, Sapaida and Bhangar in Shahpur subdivision and met 28 affected families, assuring them of all possible assistance.
During the visit, the District Red Cross Society distributed essential relief material to the affected families.
The relief kits included toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, handwash, sanitary napkins, towels, drinking water, electrolyte packets, juice, biscuits, snacks, umbrellas, raincoats, fruits, school bags, clothes and other daily-use items.
