Bengaluru, Nov. 7 -- Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Friday dismissed talk of a so-called "November Revolution" and said the only true revolution would be the Congress returning to power in the state in 2028.
Speaking to reporters, Shivakumar remarked, "Someone in the media wrote about a November revolution. We have been assigned responsibility for the Bihar elections and are focused on that. Apart from the Bihar revolution, there is no other revolution."He was in the national capital to meet legal experts regarding inter-state water disputes.
