Ranchi, Jan. 2 -- To strengthen the civil registration system, a district-level training programme for birth and death registration officials was organised at the Ranchi Collectorate. The programme was inaugurated by Manjunath Bhajantri, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Ranchi.
Addressing officials, Bhajantri stressed the importance of timely and accurate registration, stating, "Birth and death registration is crucial for protecting citizens' rights and ensuring access to government services. Any delay or negligence will not be tolerated." He directed officials to ensure registrations within the prescribed 21-day timeframe.
