Dharamshala, March 6 -- Senior BJP leader and former Himachal Pradesh Industries Minister Bikram Thakur on Thursday alleged that the ongoing tussle within the Congress over the Rajya Sabha seat from the state has once again exposed deep factionalism within the party.
Thakur said the developments surrounding the Rajya Sabha ticket have brought internal discord in the Congress into the open.
