Panchkula/New Delhi, Aug. 4 -- Rajya Sabha MP Kartikeya Sharma raised the issue of the socio-economic empowerment of the Sikh community during the Monsoon Session of Parliament, seeking details from the Central Government on initiatives related to skill development, education, entrepreneurship, financial assistance and preservation of the community's rich heritage.
