New Delhi, Sept. 6 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will undertake a three-day official visit to Sri Lanka from September 8 to 10, during which he is expected to hold talks with the country's leadership on a range of bilateral and regional issues, with defence and maritime cooperation likely to figure prominently.

Singh will lead a high-level Indian delegation comprising senior officials from the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of External Affairs. During his stay in Colombo, he will also interact with members of the Indian diaspora.
