Bhubaneswar, June 11 -- : A nine-member delegation from the Rajasthan Urban Drinking Water Sewerage and Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (RUIDP), Jaipur, visited Bhubaneswar and Puri to study Odisha's urban development initiatives and best practices in water supply, sanitation, and urban governance under an Asian Development Bank (ADB)-supported exposure programme.
During the visit, the delegation conducted extensive field inspections of major urban infrastructure projects in the two cities and interacted with officials of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) to gain first-hand knowledge of Odisha's urban governance framework, sanitation systems, service delivery mechanisms, and citizen-centric initiatives.
