Jaipur, Feb. 28 -- Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot reacted sharply to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's massive onslaught against the Congress at a public meeting in Ajmer today terming the PM's utterances as "expression of political desperation" and "moral bankruptcy".
