Jaipur, July 21 -- The Opposition Congress today held 'dharna', demonstration and burned effigies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, at district headquarters in Rajasthan, pressing for resignation of union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and to protest against "forcible removal" of LoP Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and other party MPs from 'dharna' site near the PM's residence in New Delhi.
The state committee of the grand old party, in a sudden move, directed all its district units to hold 'dharna', demonstration and burn the effigies of PM Modi, at their respective district headquarters, to express solidarity with the demands being raised by the LoP Gandhi and issues related to NEET paper leak and the removal of union Minister Pradhan.
