Kolhapur, Feb. 21 -- Minister for Cultural Affairs and Information Technology Ashish Shelar today stated the museum rooted in the life and work of Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj is a true symbol of equality.
The museum has been set up at Lakshmi Vilas Palace in Kasba Bawda, the birthplace of the great king.
Shelar, who was addressing inaugural ceremony of Rajarshi Shahu Chhatrapati's birthplace museum, said "the work of Chhatrapati Rajshri Shahu Maharaj in all fields is remarkable.
