Chandigarh, Nov. 10 -- Punjab Congress President and Ludhiana MP, Amarinder Singh Raja Warring ,has come under sharp criticism after a video surfaced showing him playfully touching the hair buns of two children during an election event in Tarn Taran.
The incident, captured on camera, shows Warring remarking humorously, "Where are the two Sardars going? Too-too-too-too-toon," sparking outrage from Sikh circles and political opponents.
