Jaipur, Sept. 11 -- Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma today targetted the rival Congress for its "failure" while in power in averting the incidences of "love jihad" in the state.

Addressing the national convention of urban cooperative banks here Wednesday, the Chief Minister made a strong verbal assault on the grand old party and its previous regime for its "calculated" opposition to the Anti Conversion Bill - 2025 which was passed in the state assembly on Tuesday.
