Panchkula, Oct. 4 -- Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab are likely to witness a fresh spell of rain from October 6, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting isolated rainfall over the region through October 10 after largely dry conditions.

According to the IMD's All India Weather Summary and Forecast Bulletin issued at 7:49 a.m. on Sunday, isolated rainfall is likely over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab from October 6 to 10. The region is expected to remain largely dry on October 4 and 5 before the weather pattern changes.
