Hamirpur (HP), March 29 -- It has been raining in all parts of the lower hill areas of Hamirpur, Una and Bilaspur since early morning; as a result, the normal temperature has fallen sharply.
People are forced to adorn heavy woollens; to save them from the wrath of cold.
Reports reaching here say that various parts of the lower hill areas were also lashed by sharp winds as a result, there was widespread loss to the Rabi crops of wheat and fruit crops of mangoes.
