Navi Mumbai, Oct. 26 -- The 28th league match of the ICC Women's World Cup 2025 between India Women and Bangladesh Women at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy here today ended in a no result due to persistent rain.
Bangladesh, after being asked to bat first, were restricted to 119 for 9 in 27 overs before rain halted play.
Radha Yadav led India's bowling effort with figures of 3 for 30, while Shree Charani picked up 2 for 23. Sharmin Akhter top-scored for Bangladesh with 36 off 53 balls, and Sobhana Mostary chipped in with a brisk 26 off 21 deliveries.
