Lucknow, April 30 (UNI ) Rain and thunderstorms have brought relief from the scorching heat in most parts of Uttar Pradesh, although the Bundelkhand region remains reeling under intense heat.After nearly two weeks of intense heat, the weather in the capital Lucknow turned pleasant on Wednesday afternoon, with 0.8 mm of rain recorded. Light to moderate rainfall occurred in several districts, leading to a drop in daytime temperatures, although nights remain warm.The maximum temperature in Lucknow was recorded at 39.3 degrees Celsius, slightly lower than Tuesday''s 39.7 degrees Celsius.
