Muzaffarpur, Aug. 27 -- A day after targeting BJP leader Amit Shah, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today took potshots at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for claiming victories in past elections before results, saying " its basis was vote theft. "Gandhi while addressing the people during his 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' said that both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and senior BJP leader and union Home Minister Amit Shah had been making claims to win elections even before results were declared.
Shah used to claim that BJP would rule the country for next 40 to 50 years and basis of his such confidence level was " vote theft ", which had now become clear, he added.
