Una (HP), April 15 -- Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will interact with the district party presidents of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir during a training camp that will be held in Kangra from April 21 to April 30. He will infuse new energy into the party workers, said Vinay Kumar, HP Congress party chief.
Talking to the media here Tuesday evening, he said that, with the aim of strengthening the organisation, Block Congress Presidents will soon be appointed across the state. Following this, Congress executive committees will be constituted at the district level.
