Visakhapatnam, March 4 -- Visakhapatnam MP M. Sribharat on Wednesday said providing uninterrupted and quality power supply to consumers is a key priority of the coalition government and directed officials to prevent transmission losses and power theft while ensuring efficient service delivery.
Reviewing progress at the District Electricity Committee meeting held at the Collectorate, Sribharat emphasised reliable electricity supply across all mandals in the district.
He also called for prompt redressal of consumer grievances and strengthening of service mechanisms.
The MP urged officials to expand awareness of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana to ensure eligible households benefit from rooftop solar subsidies.
