Patna, June 10 -- Bihar Health Minister Nishant Kumar on Wednesday said the state government's priority is to ensure quality healthcare services at all levels of government hospitals so that patients do not have to be unnecessarily referred to higher medical institutions.
Addressing a public grievance redressal programme at the state office of the Janata Dal (United) here, Kumar heard complaints and requests from a large number of citizens and directed officials concerned to take prompt and lawful action on the issues raised.
