Moscow, Oct. 10 -- Russian President Vladimir Putin told US President Donald Trump that Ukraine had undermined the prospect of an immediate resumption of trilateral peace talks by attempting to disrupt Russia's parliamentary elections, Russian state news agency TASS reported on Saturday, citing a senior Russian official.

Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said Trump has listened to Putin's assessment and would pass Moscow's message to the Ukrainian delegation, which is in Miami for talks with US officials.
