New Delhi, July 14 -- Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Tuesday invited textile entrepreneurs, investors and global brands to invest in the state, asserting that Punjab offers a complete textile ecosystem ranging from cotton cultivation and spinning to fabric manufacturing, processing and exports.
Addressing the Punjab State Session at BharatTex 2026 in New Delhi after inaugurating the Punjab State Pavilion, Mann said the state government has created an industry-friendly environment through policy reforms, transparent governance and simplified approval mechanisms to accelerate investment, employment generation and exports.
