Neeraj BaliChandigarh, Aug. 2 -- Punjab launched the inaugural edition of the Sher-e-Punjab T20 League on Sunday, with organisers describing the tournament as a major initiative to provide a competitive platform for young cricketers to showcase their talent alongside international stars and strengthen the state's cricketing ecosystem.
Addressing the launch event, Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) Secretary Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer said the league would help emerging players take the next step in their careers by offering exposure at a higher level.
