Chandigarh, Aug. 1 -- Punjab Police on Friday said it had dismantled an alleged terror module linked to a Pakistan-based ISI handler with the arrest of four suspects accused of plotting attacks on police personnel in Amritsar Rural district.

Officials said the arrests were made during an investigation into a petrol bomb attack on the Chamiyari police post in Ajnala earlier this month. Investigators believe the group was planning further attacks on police personnel before the conspiracy was uncovered.
