Chandigarh, March 21 -- Punjab cabinet minister Laljit Singh Bhullar has tendered his resignation following the death of Gagandeep Singh Randhawa, the District Manager (DM) of the Punjab State Warehouse Corporation.
The official allegedly committed suicide after recording a harrowing 12-second video message in which he purportedly blamed the Minister for his extreme step.
The footage, which has since gone viral, shows a distressed Randhawa stating he was consuming "Celphos" due to the fear and pressure exerted by Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar.
