Chandigarh, Nov. 5 -- The Punjab government has announced that a road will soon bear the name of internationally acclaimed Punjabi Sufi singer and lyricist Dr Satinder Sartaaj. The state administration has issued an official notification to formalize the decision.
The road inauguration ceremony is scheduled for November 10 and will be led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The event will also be attended by Member of Parliament Raj Kumar Chabbewal, Cabinet Minister Gurmeet Singh, Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains, and MLA Dr Inshaq.
