Chandigarh, May 16 -- The Punjab government has landed in a major political controversy following the issuance of a Letter of Intent (LoI) to a private firm, Adglobal360 India Pvt. Ltd., for managing its online reputation and citizen feedback.
According to the official document issued by the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), the total contract value stands at an astronomical Rs 10,59,00,000, aimed at online reputation management, analytics, and support for public communication.
