Neeraj BaliChandigarh, July 18 -- Internal fighting within the Punjab Congress hit a new low on Saturday with senior leader and Gurdaspur MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa launching an open attack on state party president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring and Leader of the Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa.
Randhawa blamed them for the current state management and for ignoring grassroots workers as well as damaging the party's core setup before the upcoming elections.
