Chandigarh, Jan. 20 -- : The Punjab Cabinet on Tuesday approved a series of wide-ranging policy decisions, including state-supported stage performances based on the life of Lord Ram, reforms in urban land management, incentives for real estate development, and large-scale recruitment of Yoga trainers.
Briefing the media after the Cabinet meeting, Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema said the government has given consent to organize the theatrical production 'Hamare Ram' at 40 locations across the state. He said renowned artists from across the country would participate in these performances, which aim to promote positive social values and cultural awareness.
