Kolhapur, July 18 -- Prashant Ambi, publisher of 'Shivaji Kon Hota' (Who was Shivaji), written by Com Govind Pansare, has filed a private complaint in the Kolhapur District Court against Shinde Sena MLA Sanjay Gaikwad, who has been harassing him over the phone, threatening to kill him and giving serious threats to his family over the title of the book "Who was Shivaji?".
Mr Ambi also made representations in this case to the home department of the state government, the Kolhapur District Superintendent of Police and the Rajarampuri Police Inspector.
For the last three months, a struggle has been going on through democratic means such as protests and marches to register a case in this case, in which 14 colleagues have been injured. However, ...
