New Delhi, March 19 -- In a bid to make Delhi's Budget 2026 more people-centric and practical, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday hosted a special 'Samvad' (dialogue) at the secretariat, that brought together working women, teachers, sportspersons and students, who shared their experiences, expectations and suggestions with the CM.
Gupta heard them patiently, paying attention to what each individual said, noting their inputs personally.
She assured the people that all of their suggestions would be reflected in the upcoming budget, emphasizing that public participation is the strongest pillar for a developed Delhi, and her government's aims is to ensure that the budget caters to the needs of people coming from all sections of the soci...
