Chandigarh, April 15 -- Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on the union Government, describing the proposed delimitation of parliamentary and assembly constituencies as a "hidden attack" by the BJP on states that have consistently rejected its ideology.
