Bareilly (UP), Oct. 11 -- Urban Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh, A K Sharma, today alleged that during their 70 years in power, previous governments looted and encroached upon both government and private properties.
Speaking at an intellectual gathering in Bareilly, the Minister claimed that "The Rohilkhand region of UP was once a prosperous and industrial hub, which they ruined. But those days are long gone. Now, this region is at the forefront of industrial development and economic prosperity.
