Patna, Nov. 11 -- A presiding officer, Arvind Kumar, died after cardiac arrest while he was on poll duty at Booth Number 189 in Arwal Assembly constituency undergoing polling under the second phase of the elections.
Official sources said here today the officer was rushed to the hospital soon after he suffered heart attack while on duty. The doctors, however pronounced him brought dead in the hospital.
