Hyderabad, Nov. 23 -- The 4th edition of Premiethon - The Hope Run, organised by the Extra Mile Foundation, unfolded at T-Works, Raidurg, on Sunday, drawing more than 2,500 participants from across the city.

Marking World Prematurity Day and World Newborn Week, the annual event aims to support underprivileged and critically ill premature newborns who require life-saving neonatal care.

Runners of all ages took part in the 3K, 5K, and 10K categories, contributing to a collective mission: helping families who cannot afford the high cost of treating premature infants. All proceeds from the event will directly fund neonatal treatment for preterm babies admitted across multiple hospitals.
