Hyderabad, April 2 -- The Department of Heritage, Government of Telangana, has identified a large cluster of prehistoric burial sites in Mulugu district, marking a significant archaeological discovery in the Godavari river basin.

Acting on information from residents of Motlagudem village, a technical team led by Director Acharya Arjun Rao, along with Deputy Director Dr P Nagaraju and OSD A. Raju, visited the site under the directions of Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan.
