Patna, July 26 -- Amid the high-pitched campaign for the Bankipur Assembly by-election, Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor on Sunday alleged that the administrative machinery was being misused in the constituency to intimidate Jan Suraaj Party workers and put pressure on voters.
