Bhubaneswar, Oct. 21 -- Former union Minister and Sambalpur MP Dharmendra Pradhan on Wednesday called for a united, bipartisan effort to resolve the long-standing Kotia border dispute between Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, asserting that safeguarding the state's territorial integrity and Odia identity was the collective responsibility of all political parties.
Describing Kotia as a symbol of Odisha's identity, sovereignty and territorial integrity, Pradhan urged political parties and stakeholders to rise above partisan differences and work towards a lasting and amicable settlement of the dispute.
