Srinagar, July 12 -- Even as calm has returned to the border areas following cross-border shelling from Pakistan in the Uri sector of Baramulla district after the launch of 'Operation Sindoor', the incident has left civilians grappling with severe psychological trauma, manifesting as widespread fear, heightened anxiety, and sleep disturbances among both adults and children.
This has been revealed in a study carried out by Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (IMHANS)-Kashmir.
