New Delhi/Hyderabad, June 23 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has said discussions with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw regarding the Hyderabad Metro loan from the Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) were positive.
The Chief Minister met Ashwini Vaishnaw and union Minister for Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy in New Delhi on Monday night.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Revanth Reddy expressed satisfaction over the outcome of the discussions concerning financial assistance for the Hyderabad Metro project.
He said the talks with the Railway Minister had been encouraging and added that further discussions would be held with union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday morning.
