Chennai, June 1 -- Amidst an atmosphere of pride, patriotism and military splendour, the Madras Regimental Centre (MRC), Wellington, one of the Indian Army's premier training establishments located in the hilly Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu, witnessed the Passing Out Parade (POP) of the 7th batch of Agniveers at the historic Srinagesh Barracks on Monday, marking emergence of next Generation Army Warriors to serve the Nation to meet the challenges of modern warfare.
The impressive ceremony marked the successful culmination of rigorous military training, transforming young recruits into confident, disciplined band battle-ready soldiers prepared to serve the nation under the Agnipath Scheme.
