Puducherry, March 21 -- Special representative of the Puducherry government in Delhi Malladi Krishna Rao has expressed happiness for finding an amicable settlement to the seats haring row between the ruling N R Congress and the BJP after an 18hour long discussion between them.
Talking to newspersons, Mr.Rao said for the last few days the issue of admitting a new party into the NDA and changing of constituencies arose between the two parties.
