Chennai, March 6 -- After successfully steering the ship in Tamil Nadu when strains developed over the number of seats, the AICC on Friday formed a seven member committee headed by senior leader and PCC President V Vaithilingam to hold seat sharing talks with the DMK for the ensuing Assembly polls in the union Territory of Puducherry.

The committeee was formed at a meeting of the Political Executive Committeee of the Puducherry Pradesh Congress Committee in the union Territory.
