Patna, April 13 -- Political activities have gained momentum in Bihar amid indications of a change in government, with a series of high-level meetings and administrative preparations underway in the state capital.
Governor's secretary today called on Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary at his residence, where the two held discussions for nearly 30 minutes, fueling speculation about imminent political developments.
Earlier, union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh and JD(U) national president Sanjay Jha also met Choudhary. Both have learnt to discuss the names of possible ministers from JD(U) in the new government. They closeted for around 40 minutes.
