Nashik, July 19 -- Ghoti police have arrested a youth and registered a case under POCSO in connection with the kidnapping and rape of a minor girl.
According to Ghoti police, on July 13, the parents of the girl had filed a complaint that an unknown person had kidnapped a 14-year-old minor girl. Taking serious note of this, Police Inspector Vijay Shinde of Ghoti Police Station formed police teams to search for the unknown accused.
The police team had received information from sources that the suspect was in Talachi Wadi, (Khodala, Tal. Mokhada, District Palghar) with the kidnapped minor girl.
